Investigation abstract

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on May 6, 1985, an employee was reaching out a windo w with a cutting torch to remove the bolts of a fire escape when he fell to the ground. He sustained a broken back in two places, fractured his pelvis, and inju red his left knee.
