Investigation abstract

THE EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING BRASS PLATES TO SEE BEHIND THEM. HE WAS IN FRONT OF THE BRASS PLATES WHEN HE PULLED THEM PAST THE CENTER POINT. THE BRASS PLATES WERE 1 INCH THICK BY 40 INCHES BY 44 INCHES, WEIGHTING 480 LBS EACH. THERE WERE TWO OF THEM. CAUSAL FACTOR: THE BRASS PLATES WERE PULLED PAST THE CENTER POINT AND THEY FELL.
