THE EMPLOYEE, THE JOBSITE SUPERINTENDENT, WAS GIVING INFORMATION TO A SUB-CONTRA CTOR ON WORK TO BE DONE IN THE PENTHOUSE. THE SUPERINTENDENT WAS WARNED NOT TO S TEP ON THE UNSUPPORTED CUT DECK. HE ACCIDENTLY STEPPED ON THE UNSUPPORTED DECK A ND FELL 12 FEET, 6 INCHES TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR.
