EMPLOYEE DIED FROM SKULL FRACTRURE DUE TO FALL
Investigation abstract
A carpenter was nailing fascia board in place at the outer end of 2-ft by 4-ft f alse tails. The employee placed each foot on a different false tail and continue d to work. One of the false tails broke and the employee plunged forward strikin g his head on the ground. He fractured his skull upon impact and died.
