EMPLOYEE INJURED IN FALL FROM SECOND FLOOR
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was installing wall frames on the second floor of a two story reside ntial home. He attempted to remove a window panel he had just cut out of the wal l, by kicking it with his foot. He lost his balance and fell approximately 8 fee t, 8 inches through the window opening to the first floor. The employee was hosp italized, suffering from contusions to the lower back.
