Investigation abstract
AN EMPLOYEE STEPPED ONTO THE METAL STEP OF A TRACTOR CAB. THE METAL CAB AND TRUC K WERE ENERGIZED (FOR UNREPORTED REASONS) AT A VOLTAGE OF 517 VOLTS. BECAUSE THE GROUND WAS WET, THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
