PAINTER KILLED IN 25-FOOT FALL FROM SCAFFOLD
Investigation abstract
On August 8, 1985, Employee #1, a painter from Wilson Painting Company, had been painting a weld spot on an overhead beam. While painting the weld spot, Employe e #1 slipped and fell off the scaffold 25 feet to the concrete floor. Employee # 1 died of head injuries.
