EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING DOWN A TREE WITH A CHAIN SAW. AS THE TREE STARTED FALLING, THE EMPLOYEE ATTEMPTED TO RUN. THE FALLING TREE STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE. THIS ACCIDE NT OCCURRED ON 9/1/83.
