AN EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING DOWN A TUBULAR WELDED SCAFFOLD. WHILE T RYING TO FREE ONE OF THE FRAMES HE APPARENTLY LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL APPROXIM ATELY 32 FEET TO THE GROUND.
