EMPLOYEE #1, ENGAGED IN MECHANICAL WORK, WAS HELPING TO UNLOAD A FRONT END LOADE R FROM A LOWBOY TRAILER. HE SOMEHOW BECAME PINNED BETWEEN THE LOADER BUCKET AND THE CAB OF THE TRUCK USED FOR HAULING THE LOWBOY.
