CRUSHED BETWEEN MOVING CRANE AND WALL
Investigation abstract
An electric utility employee was boarding a moving bridge crane in a nuclear rea ctor containment building. He failed to clear a projecting wall that angled in t oward path of crane travel, and his head was crushed between a junction box on t he wall and the crane superstructure. The employee died of his injuries.
