AN EMPLOYEE WAS REPAIRING BURNED CONDUCTORS IN A SERVICE PANELBOARD. HE REACHED INTO THE PANELBOARD TO RETRIEVE AN OBJECT AND CONTACTED A CIRCUIT PART ENERGIZED AT 240 VOLTS. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
