Investigation abstract
TWO HOSPITAL COOKS WERE LOADING A GAS FIRED DESPATCH COMMERICAL OVEN WHEN IT EXP LODED. THE EXPLOSION RESULTED IN THE HOSPITALIZATION, FOR BURN TREATMENT, OF THE 2 EMPLOYEES. AN INVESTIGATION FAILED TO DETERMINE THE EXACT CAUSE OF THE EVENT.
