Investigation abstract

WHILE WORKING TO RESTORE A STORM-CAUSED POWER OUTAGE, AN EMPLOYEE CAME INTO CONT ACT WITH AN ENERGIZED JUMPER. CURRENT PASSED THROUGH HIS RIGHT FOREARM AND EXITE D THE CENTER OF HIS CHEST. THE CONDUCTOR WAS AN 8-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE L OCATED ON A THREE-PHASE, 13-KILOVOLT TAP TO A MAIN FEEDER.
