Investigation abstract
EMPLOYEE HOOKED CABLE TO STEEL PLATE FOR REMOVAL IN SCRAP YARD OPERATION. SECTIO N WAS REMOVED LEAVING A HEAVY BAFFLE SECTION FREE STANDING. HE CROSSED IN FRONT JUST AS IT WAS STARTING TO FALL OVER. HE WAS UNABLE TO CLEAR IT AND IT CRUSHED H IM.
