Event description

Employee is killed in fall from three-story roof

Investigation abstract

At 11:45 a.m. on July 5, 2022, an employee was installing tar waterproofing and doing paint touch up to the corner of a roof and exterior wall. The employee stood up and removed his harness and lanyard to leave the roof. Witnesses claim the employee stumbled backwards and fell off the roof. The employee was killed.
