Investigation abstract

At 10:45 p.m. on July 28, 2022, Employee #1 had a disagreement with a coworker that resulted in an argument while at work. The coworker went to retrieve a weapon. The coworker approached Employee #1 and shot the firearm. Employee #1 suffered a gunshot wound to the back of the head. Employee #1 was hospitalized and died from gunshot wounds on July 31, 2022 at approximately 12:22 p.m.
