Event description
Employee dies after being electrocuted while stripping wire
Investigation abstract
At 10:30 a.m. on September 1, 2022, an employee was preparing to connect soccer field lightning to an electrical panel. While the employee was stripping a live wire (277 volt, 30 amp), his right middle finger made contact with the wire and he was electrocuted. The employee was transported to the hospital and died later that day.
