Employee is killed in fall from work platform

Investigation abstract

At 12:00 noon on August 16, 2022, an employee was working from an elevated work platform while repairing the side of a grain bin when he fell 24 feet to the ground. The employee suffered a broken neck and a broken left arm and was pronounce dead on the scene.
