Employee dies of natural causes

Investigation abstract

A 59-year old employee experienced chest pains a week ago and was placed on work Raymundo Rivas was contacted and told that the employee was slumped over in his truck and was not responsive. CPR was done until EMS came. The employee died. restrictions. On July 19, 2022 he asked to return to work, but the employer would not allow him to return until he had medical papers releasing him to work. The employee left the employer to meet with the doctor and returned at around 11:30 a.m., when he provided medical paperwork releasing him to work without restriction. He was allowed to return to work as a supervisor. Between 11:30 a.m. and 12:08 p.m., the employee was driving a work vehicle to check on work crews to see if they had enough water, to see if workers were getting breaks, and to check in with workers to see that things were going well. At 12:08 p.m.,
