Investigation abstract

At 9:00 a.m. on October 6, 2022, an employee was entering an event conference witnessed by a student attending the event who immediately went for help. The employee was killed by blunt force trauma to the head. center where she was attending a job recruitment event. The employee was at the event to represent her employer which is a hospital and medical center. The employee was walking through the lower level of the facility to get to the area where the job fair was taking place. The employee was walking up the stairs while carrying a cup of coffee, a bag and a purse. At the fourth step from the top, she dropped her bag and pinned it against the wall with her leg to stop it from hitting the ground. The employee lost her balance, fell backward down the stairwell, and struck her head against the concrete steps. The incident was
