Employee Dies After Fall From Scaffold While Painting

Investigation abstract

At 9:00 a.m. on November 10, 2022, an employee was painting a commercial building interior from a scaffold tower. When a coworker moved the mobile scaffold, the employee lost his balance and fell from the scaffold approximately 20 feet. The employee was hospitalized but later died from blunt force injury to the head.
