Investigation abstract
At 2:45 p.m. on November 28, 2022, an employee was standing on a 4-foot rolling stepladder, performing routine maintenance on a waste truck. He collapsed and fell from the ladder after suffering a medical emergency. The employee died while being transported to the hospital.
