Employee is killed in shooting in hospital parking lot
Investigation abstract
At 5:15 p.m. on December 30, 2022, an employee ended her shift, left the building and was approaching her car in the hospital parking lot when an attacker, an ex-boyfriend, ambushed her and shot her. The employee was shot multiple times in the chest and head, resulting in death. The attacker later killed himself while driving after the attack.
