Investigation abstract
At 7:00 a.m. on January 24, 2023, an employee was on a commercial roof, checking the HVAC unit. As the employee was walking around the roof, he fell through a skylight onto a metal cart that was 20 feet below. The employee sustained unspec ified head injuries and was killed.
