Investigation abstract
At 4:50 a.m. on March 1, 2023, an employee finished rinsing out a 6,500 gallon trailer that contained turkey blood. A foreign object was observed inside the trailer. The employee entered the trailer to retrieve the foreign object. The employee died of cardiac arrest (ventricular tachycardia).
