Employee is killed when run over by hauler
Investigation abstract
At 5:00 p.m. on March 17, 2023, an employee was walking to go into the loading pit area in order to pull debris away from areas that the haulers could not reach. The employee was struck and run over by the bucket and left front tire of the machine. The employee was killed.
