Employee is killed in fall from tree
Investigation abstract
At 12:08 p.m. on June 14, 2023, an employee was wrapping straps around tree limbs prior to cutting them. The employee fell from a tree while preparing to cut tree limbs. It is unknown if he was secured to the tree prior to it falling. The employee sustained head trauma, body trauma, and a fractured femur. The employee was killed.
