Employee dies of natural causes
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was given permission approximately 5 years ago to take up residency Employee #1 had some type of medical event and sustained a severe laceration to the head during the process. Employee #1 was discovered by a coworker at 5:30 a.m. on July 5, 2023, after a long holiday weekend. The coworker called emergency services. Employee #1 died. within the back shop or above/loft area of the company. The loft area was located in the southwest corner above the air compressor room of Bay #3. While Employee #1 was living within the work premises, he would access a smaller room located just below the loft where he was able to bring some of his own tools. He would use his own tools in this area to work on projects for himself. On the day/night of the incident, which is unknown, it is assumed that Employee #1 was working with a mirror, as per documented photos showing glass and debris all over the room.
