Investigation abstract
At 7:48 p.m. on July 5, 2023, employees were inside a trash box, Telehandler-Genie GTH-1056. The truck jolted and threw two employees to the ground. One employee landed on his head and was declared dead on scene. The other employee shattered his pelvis and broke a leg and was hospitalized.
