EMPLOYEE IS KILLED IN FALL THROUGH HOLE IN FLOOR GRATE

Investigation abstract

At 7:30 a.m. on July 14, 2023, an employee working as a construction laborer for an industrial building contractor was working on Level #74 of a plastics manufacturing plant. The employee fell 25 feet through a hole in the floor grating to Level #52 of the plant. The employee died from blunt force trauma including a concussion and many broken bones.
