Investigation abstract

At 3:30 p.m. on August 29, 2023, an employee was cleaning out a roll-off dumpster when he started feeling ill and went home. The employee was taken to the hospital, where suffer a stroke, heart attack, and bleeding on the brain and subsequently died.
