Employee injured in fall from ladder
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was working from a 16 ft ladder 9 ft above the ground, tightening bo lts on the frame of a manlift north of a building under construction. The floor of the building was 20 ft below the surface of the ground. The ladder twisted to the south and Employee #1 fell 29 ft over a wall to the ground. He was hospital ized with multiple fractures.
