An employee turned, lost their balance and fell to the floor on their left side, resulting in fractures to their left hip and wrist.

An employee was installing wood trim surrounding a skylight inside a home. While holding a piece of trim in it's desired location, his pneumatic nail gun discharged, sending a 3/4-inch pin nail into his left forearm.

An employee removed a safety valve on a trailer that unknowingly contained nitrogen gas. The gas released from the trailer and pushed the employee backward off a scaffold approximately 10 feet before they struck a garage door, resulting in a pelvic injury.

An employee was sitting at her workstation when a nail gun malfunctioned and shot a nail into her left leg. She suffered a puncture and blood vessel injury and was hospitalized.

On November 25, 2023, an employee was using a high-pressured water hose to perform sewer line cleaning operations. The employee's right little finger and palm were lacerated by pressurized water from the hose.

An employee was hydroblasting when they slipped and the pressurized water stream lacerated their left ankle.

An employee was cleaning saw dust from the exit end of an automatic, double-sided planer with a compressed air nozzle. The employee's hand was caught in the machine, resulting in severe lacerations and a degloving injury requiring surgery. The machine was not locked out/tagged out at the time.

After loading metals onto racks to be picked up by a crane for the anodizing process, an employee was standing idle when he was stuck by the control cab of the crane, which was about 4 feet above the ground. The cab of the crane pushed the employee into one of the support steel columns of the building, where he suffered a collapsed right lung and one broken rib. He was hospitalized.

An employee was using a rolling ladder to access inventory and slipped on the third step and fell backwards breaking her leg in two places.

Two employees were exposed to carbon monoxide from an open water fountain drain. They were hospitalized.

An employee was taking inventory when he pulled on an aluminum sheet stack and aluminum sheets fell onto his left leg, breaking it and requiring hospitalization.

An employee fell while exiting a trailer. The employee landed on their left side on the pavement, suffering multiple broken ribs on the left side. The employee was hospitalized.

Two employees were setting up a mandrel in the spindle of a machine. The mandrel was side-shifted while an employee's hand was on the mast of a powered industrial truck. The employee suffered crushing injuries that resulted in amputations to the middle and ring fingertips.

An employee had been loading a double deck press. The employee saw a mold had been sent in with the C-hook still attached on the belly bar. As he went to remove the hook from the mold, his right thumb got caught on the C-hook. The employee's thumb was partially amputated.

An employee was operating a roller and paving a small pathway next to a pavilion. The ground was on a slight pitch, causing him to reach up toward the roll cage to stabilize himself. His right fifth finger was pinched between the roll cage and the rafter of the pavilion. The employee sustained a partial degloving injury with partial traumatic amputation.

An employee was delivering home heating fuel when bees came from the ground and stung the employee's face, neck, torso, and hands. The employee proceeded to shut off the oil flow before losing consciousness. They were hospitalized due to an anaphylactic reaction.
