His stomach was crushed and the employee sustained a laceration to the abdomen.

An employee was troubleshooting a hydraulic piston on the wheels of a semi-trailer dump truck. The piston released and caused the trailer to move, crushing the employee's leg. The employee sustained fractures and contusions.
