On 1/10/15, at approximately 5:15 a.m., an employee was cleaning in the Planer Mill. He was struck by the hood while cleaning with compressed air. The employee suffered two fractured ribs and a fractured vertebrae.
An employee was replacing bolts on the sawmill chip bin auger coupling. As he was replacing the last bolt, the system activated, catching his leg and causing him to fall through the auger system.
