An employee was standing at the end of a jumbo press, which had a flat roller holding 200-pound boxes. The roller with the boxes ran over and crushed the employee's left foot.

He re-loaded the machine with tubes while the guards were in the lifted position. As he began to feed the newly inserted tubes, his gloved right hand was lacerated. He was taken to the hospital.
