An employee was changing a saw blade when the saw machine activated. The employee's left ring and little fingers were amputated.

On August 14, 2025, an employee was priming a pump that was failing to pump mustard. The employee took a water hose and started water into the pump. The employee's finger slipped off the nozzle of the hose and came into contact with the pump's impellers, causing the employee to suffer an amputation to the right index finger at the first knuckle.

As they were transitioning through the doorway, they were caught between the doorframe and the vertical mast of the lift. The employee was hospitalized with injuries to the nose, left maxillary sinus, left orbital bone, and left jaw, with fractures at the maxillary sinus area.

An employee was loading a 4-inch wooden door into a pickup truck when he felt a pop in his right side behind his shoulder blade. He was hospitalized later that day and underwent surgery, having suffered a collapsed right lung.
