On or about 2/6/2015, a temporary employee was moving a roll of paper to place it on a corner board machine. The roll of paper fell, striking him in the left leg. As a result of the employee's injury, he was hospitalized for more than 24 hours.
An employee was pushing metal sheets through a plate roller when the roller caught his gloves and his hands were pulled into the roller. The employee was hospitalized and required surgical amputation of two fingers on his left hand and surgery on two fingers on his right hand.
