An employee was using a rail mover to move three railcars. An employee on the ground was assisting him, and the two were communicating via radio. The employee on the ground became trapped between two of the railcars. He was taken to the hospital (Erie County Medical Center) with a non-displaced sacral fracture and torn cartilage in his pelvic area.
