When an employee stepped off of a forklift to disconnect it, the unit moved, catching his foot between the forklift and the battery charging station. The employee broke bones in his toes.

On September 9, 2024, at approximately 10:13 a.m., an employee opened the doors to a can opener to make routine mechanical adjustments. When the employee went to close the doors to the equipment, the distal tip of his left ring finger (above the nail) was struck by the closing door, resulting in a partial amputation.
