A forklift operator was transporting a roll of material to the coating machine; their view was obstructed by the roll. As the forklift approached the coating machine, the injured employee, who was standing at the machine controls, was struck in the lower right leg by the forklift and/or the material pallet. The employee sustained injuries to the lower right ankle and tibia bones.
