An employee was using his hand to push wood material when a saw pressure beam came down and amputated his left hand.
An employee was running a table saw and went to grab an extra piece of OSB slab material when they suffered a left index fingertip amputation to the cuticle bed of the nail. The saw was guarded at the time.
