Two employees were unloading beer from the back of an 18 wheeler. One employee was pulling down the lift gate and the other employee was assisting with his hands flat on the lift gate. The employee with his hands flat on the gate caught his middle finger, on his left hand, in a pinch point. The employee received a partial amputation of the tip of his middle finger, which was later fully amputated at the hospital that night.
