An employee was helping children get onto a bus when she slipped on water and a stone on the bus walkway. She fell to the bus floor and broke her ankle.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
An employee was using a table saw to cut a 1-inch x 1-inch board down to 1/2-inch to make repairs to a closet in an apartment unit. While cutting/feeding the wood through the saw, the edge of his right middle finger caught on the saw blade, resulting in an amputation.
