An employee was using an overhead crane to move pipe when the pipe became caught and knocked over jack stands holding another pipe. The other pipe fell and struck the employee, pinching his left arm and slicing a tendon. He was hospitalized and had surgery.

An employee was offloading containers from his truck using a deck that goes up and down. When the deck was up, he took a step and his foot went between the truck and the deck, resulting in a foot/ankle fracture.
