An employee was exiting his semi-truck when he noticed a puddle of water outside the driver's side door. To avoid getting his feet wet, he stepped between the cab of the truck and the trailer to get to the passenger side. He dismounted the truck from the passenger side and landed in an awkward position, breaking his right leg between the hip and the knee.
An employee was on a step ladder, putting 3-inch pipe into hangers. One of the hangers broke free and the employee jumped off the ladder. He landed on the floor and suffered a broken leg.
