On June 8, 2015, at approximately 2:30 p.m., an employee was hospitalized for multiple head injuries after suffering a fall. The employee was delivering seven cases of milk from the side door of a freightliner truck with an 18' refrigerated body. The employee was found lying on the surface of the blacktop parking lot.
An employee was walking to their truck to look for a lid. When they stepped between the truck and a dock plate, they sustained a knee injury that required surgery.
