An employee was balancing a tire using a tire balancer machine. The employee removed the tire from the balancer and the tire's weight pulled their hand down, causing the the tire balancer shaft to amputate their left index fingertip.

An employee had been servicing cars in the back room when he began to cramp up, experienced trouble breathing, and had chest pain. The employee was hospitalized due to dehydration.
