On 7/22/2017, at approximately 10:30 a.m., an employee tripped over a bench and fell on the floor, breaking her elbow. She was hospitalized and had surgery.

On May 3, 2025, an employee was getting an item from the freezer when she tripped on a pallet that was behind her and fell, striking the ground. The employee was hospitalized with an injury to the lower right side of her body and muscle spasms.

An employee was cleaning leaves with a backpack blower when he fell from a ladder, resulting in injuries to his head, neck, and back.
